About Joe Barnes

Joe Barnes, is Principal and Founder of Joseph Barnes and Associates in Seattle. He and his team provide on-site and off-site consulting and training in branding, marketing, social media implementation, and revenue generation.

He has been the keynote speaker at many events and has worked for, consulted with and provided training for over 80 non-profit and for-profit organizations nationwide including:

He is also Chief Marketing and Development Officer for Girl Scouts of Western Washington; Board member for Marketing Communications Executive International (MCEI) Seattle; member Northwest Science Writers Association; and an adjunct instructor at The University of Washington, Seattle University and City University of Seattle. Previously he was VP of Marketing for Pacific Science Center in Seattle, and Director of Strategic Communications at Washington State University. He has consulted over 75 organizations nationwide and has been quoted in "Stories Trainers Tell," and "Victory in Our Schools." Joe’s journalism background includes managing newsrooms in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Seattle where his newsroom was awarded the national Edward R. Murrow award for Outstanding Journalism. He has an MA Degree in Speech from California State University Hayward, a BA degree from California State University Sacramento, and has studied at Fordham and St. John's University.

BASIC PACKAGE

· Speaking or training: $2,000 a day

In all packages client pays reasonable travel including:
